These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” or “GTCs”) regulate the legal relationship between the users of the platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Users” or “Registered Users”) and Deutsche Generation Wohnen.

Deutsche Generation Wohnen operates through a structured corporate framework with responsibilities allocated across several affiliated entities and business divisions located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

DGW Technology S.à r.l. acts as the technical infrastructure and platform service provider for Deutsche Generation Wohnen. The company is incorporated and registered in Luxembourg and is exclusively responsible for the operation, hosting, maintenance, development, and technological administration of the platform. DGW Technology S.à r.l. does not provide regulated investment services and is not responsible for the issuance, structuring, or offering of financial instruments or investment products.

Any investment opportunities, structured products, securitized instruments, participation rights, or other financial offerings displayed on the platform are issued either directly by Deutsche Generation Wohnen entities established in Luxembourg or by affiliated special purpose vehicles, securitization structures, holding entities, or subsidiaries fully or partially owned by Deutsche Generation Wohnen. The respective issuer of each offering shall always be expressly identified within the documentation and conditions applicable to the respective investment product.

The management, administration, coordination, and structuring of these investment and holding entities are conducted through affiliated Luxembourg-based management and advisory companies forming part of the Deutsche Generation Wohnen group structure.

Please note that certain offerings presented on the platform may not fall under direct prudential supervision or licensing requirements. Nevertheless, all activities are conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and, where applicable, relevant European Union regulations, including but not limited to Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (European Prospectus Regulation), anti-money laundering regulations, and applicable financial market legislation.

Where required by applicable law, investment products and financial structures may be subject to independent legal, financial, accounting, tax, or audit review by external professional service providers, auditors, legal counsels, or advisory firms established in Luxembourg or other relevant jurisdictions.

All real estate-related activities, including but not limited to acquisition, development, asset management, brokerage, project coordination, construction oversight, and property-related services, are performed through Deutsche Generation Wohnen entities and affiliated operating companies established in Luxembourg or other jurisdictions within the Deutsche Generation Wohnen group structure.

The overarching holding, management, operational, technology, and investment structure together with all affiliated entities shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Company.”

By accessing, registering on, browsing, using, or otherwise interacting with the platform in any form, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these GTCs together with all additional policies, notices, disclosures, and ancillary documents published by the Company, including but not limited to:

• Privacy Policy
• Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer
• Fee and Cost Schedule
• AML / KYC Policies
• Compliance Policies
• Any additional terms, notices, or policies published on the Deutsche Generation Wohnen platform or affiliated websites

These documents form an integral and binding part of these GTCs.

If the User does not agree with these Terms or any associated policies, the User must immediately refrain from accessing or using the platform and all related services.

In the event of inconsistencies, contradictions, or conflicts between these GTCs and any ancillary policy, agreement, or guideline, these GTCs shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products, functionalities, and offerings made available by Deutsche Generation Wohnen and its affiliated entities through the platform.

Upon successful completion of the registration and verification procedures, including all required identity, compliance, AML, KYC, and eligibility checks under applicable law, the User obtains the status of a Registered User and may access the respective services and functionalities made available by the Company.
